Hello hello! I decided to share some of my tips for staying sane as a stay at home flight attendant. Stay home orders are being lifted in some places but I am not returning to work for a while so I have had to make some changes in my life to stay healthy.
A few of my tips and tricks:
*do a physical activity, 100 times, every day
*go on a walk
*read, and read outside when you can (I just got the book “The Flight Attendant!”)
*treat yourself to an at home spa day (my favorite layover activity)
*smoothies all day, every day
*clean 2 things every day (so nice not to scrub an airplane toilet #flightattendantproblems)
*limit social media time and watching the news
*set a goal (hello Spanish lessons! Multi language flight attendant here)
*if you can responsibly adopt a pet, go for it
